GJS's Direct-to-film (DTF) printing solutions have been created and optimised for use with either an Epson or Brother garment printer. The process is simple print your design onto the film sheet, apply the Thermo Adhesive Powder and then heat press to your fabric of choice.

Easily decorate those hard-to-reach areas such as neck labels, cap brims and traditionally difficult to decorate garment colours such as blue, green, red and yellow.

This film has a thick coating allowing for a high ink yield, meaning that you'll be able to print a variety of vibrant and bold colours.

Compared to direct-to-garment printing, our DTF hot peel requires 60% less white ink.

The back of the film is specially coated to minimise any static charge, improve shelf life and minimise any scratches on the film to ensure your prints come out clean every time.

GJS' Direct-to-Film (DTF) thermo adhesive powder is for use in conjunction with GJS direct-to-film (DTF) sheets to adhere the fabric and film once heat pressed.

This powder is wash-resistant up to 60°C, meaning it will keep your prints looking fresh even if washed in warm water.

Black fine DTF powder is recommended for transferring your DTF prints on to black or dark coloured garments with optimised vividness and no colour migration. This black fine powder has low static properties, preventing clumping and ensuring smooth application on wet ink.

The use of appropriate PPE, such as goggles, a face shield or mask, and gloves is essential when handling DTF powder.
