DTF printing allows you to easily decorate hard-to-reach areas such as neck labels, cap brims and more adding even more value to the services you can offer your customers.
Similar to the GJS DTF Hot Peel Film, the cold peel DTF Film creates amazing transfers that can be applied to many fabrics (including polyester!) and garment colours that are traditionally difficult to decorate such as blue, green, red and yellow.
Cold peel DTF film allows for a stronger bond to the fabric, making it more durable. The stronger bond also means that colours are significantly more vibrant, making your designs pop even more!
Special fabrics, such as tarpaulin, cloth, canvas and flannelette can also be printed on thanks to the stronger bond of cold peel DTF film. It's also suitable for printing complex and intricate patterns, such as fine lines, small icons and letters with detail.
So how does it work? It's as simple as printing your design onto the film sheets from an Epson or Brother garment printer, applying Thermo Adhesive Powder then heat pressing to your fabric of choice.
