Two Can Epoxy Basic Blue
The Two Can Epoxy ink series exhibit excellent solvent and chemical resistance and offer a high degree of adhesion to a variety of difficult to print surfaces.
As the name indicates the Two Can Epoxy ink series is a two pack system that dries by polymerisation. A catalyst ER176 added prior to use, initiates the polymerisation process. The system will NOT dry or cure without the addition of catalyst.
After the addition of catalyst the ink system will air dry to a tack free state in approximately 2 hours, but 7 days are required for the film to fully cure to maximum adhesion and chemical resistance. If force drying or baking, the time to complete cure is as follows:
120 Deg. C (250 Deg. F) for 10 minutes
150 Deg. C (300 Deg.F) for 7 minutes
180 Deg. C (350 Deg.F) for 4 minutes
From very first day at GJS I knew only Michael and even now he is the only person who understands my needs and product requirements. Even though I didn´t buy my printer from him, whenever it needed repairs, he would fix it free of charge. I have not attended any printing course with him never the less he has given me many tips and lots of advice. I don´t have a large business with even less transactions with Michael but even so he has taken very good care of my small business and has kept it alive and running. I also like his style of saying, "one, two, three bingo! " I am very honest in my feeling GJS should proud of such a wonderful representative who is Michael. Deeds- not words are what count the most. Thank you Michael.
I recently purchased the subli-trans 4880 sublimation printer from GJS Machinery after a few teathing problems caused by myself, Greg Stone and his staff where on hand to sort out the problems. I can highly recommend Greg and his staff for there commitment to after sales service and there prompt delivery of goods ordered, once again thanks guys.
