The George Knight Digital Knight line DK20S Digital Swinger Heat Transfer Press has received a dual-shuttle twin-station upgrade! The new DK20SPT takes your production rate to a whole new dimension by greatly reducing idle time.
The DK20SPT features all the same great qualities as the DK20SP heat press but in a twin-station operation for increased operator functionality. Meaning that while one side is pressing, the operator can load and unload the other side, greatly reducing both operator idle time and heat platen idle time.
Operation of the DK20SPT is as easy to operate as its single-platen counterpart with all the same benefits of simple push button operation, fully digital temperature and time control.
Best of all, the DK20SPT represents significant cost and space savings over purchasing two DK20SP heat presses. The heat platen shuttles left-to-right across both loading tables in a form factor considerably smaller than two side-by-side desktop heat presses.
The design of the DK20SPT combines a heavy-duty solid steel industrial-grade pressing framework with accurate and easy-to-use electronics. The Twin All-Thread table loading design allows for easy access and interchangeability which provides the operator to make simple and smooth adjustments for reliable heat transfer application.
The controller utilises an easy-to-read oversized-digit LCD display to show time and temperature simultaneously, and the temperature readout is accurate within +-2° in addition to a digital height/pressure gauge for displaying current height settings.
For demanding press runs and super consistent results, 70 programmable presets are available for saving common application settings including Temp, Time, and Pressure to provide you with a robust workhorse capable of consistent and repeatable results for all applications. The presets allow the DK20SPT to go beyond what a manual transfer press and an operator can handle and is adjustable to accommodate fabric material thickness all the way up to 50.8mm (2 inches) thick substrates!
