Diazo D Sensitizer
Diazo D is a sensitizer mixer used for strengthening emulsions
Ideal for maximum resistance to aggressive ink systems. The use of Diazo D may also be required for longer print runs.
Instructions:
- Fill sensitizer bottle to the shoulder for 5-gallon containers and half full for quart size containers - preferably using warm distilled water.
- Cover lid with rag or paper towel to protect hands from leakage, then shake bottle until diazo is fully dissolved.
- Pour dissolved diazo into emulsion.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2.
- Stir thoroughly to assure diazo is completely mixed in.
- Allow the now sensitized emulsion to de-bubble for two hours to prevent remaining bubbles from causing pinholes during coating.
Store emulsion in a cool (68°F /20°C) dark place.
Diazo sensitizer dissolves easier in warm water.
Using distilled water instead of tap water assures no potentially detrimental heavy metal ion contamination of the sensitized emulsion occurs.

Dean, WF PlasticsThanks again for your help along the way Michael. I know it's an almost zero margin sale for you compared to decent sales, so I appreciate you treating it like a decent sale none the less. Very professional.
