A desktop-sized solution for laminating UV direct-to-film (DTF) transfers.

UV DTF  printing is a digital printing technique used to create high-quality, full-colour prints on various materials, including plastic, metal, wood, glass, and textiles.

This printing process involves UV-curable ink, printed onto a clear adhesive film using a specialised printer. The ink is then transferred onto the substrate using a heat transfer process that activates the adhesive on the back of the clear film.

UV DTF laminators are specialised machines used to apply a protective film layer on top of UV DTF prints.

The lamination process involves applying a thin layer of protective film over the printed material to prevent it from getting scratched, faded, or damaged due to environmental factors such as moisture, heat, or UV rays.

This ensures that the lamination process is applied evenly and securely to the surface of the print. The UV-curable adhesive backing also enhances the durability of the lamination, making it more resistant to scratches and fading over time.
