The garments are designed specifically for digital decoration with DTG printers and are produced and distributed already coated with pre-treatment solution, significantly speeding up production workflow and reducing errors that may be caused by under pre-treated, unevenly pre-treated or over pre-treated garments.

RTP Apparel garments are made from the highest-quality 100% combed ring-spun cotton fabric that results in an incredibly smooth shirt for superior DTG prints.

The t-shirts are coated with Image Armor pre-treatment solution which is renowned for its exceptional results on DTG printed garments.

These t-shirts have been designed to work with most direct-to-garment printers, including the several Brother and Epson DTG models that are popular with local printers here in Australia.

In addition to simplifying and speeding up production, RTP Apparel is also an environmentally friendly choice thanks its OEKOTEX ® Class 100 certification. Its products are made from organic cotton (OCS ®-OCS Blend ® certified) with a soft hand and clean fabric surface.

The OEKO-TEX standard 100 guarantees that the end-product does not contain any products identified as being dangerous to the health of the person wearing the garment.
