Twin Shuttle Add-On

The Digital Knight Twin Shuttle Upgrade is a dual station Add-On for the DC16 or CD16AP swing away heat press.

Everyone knows that long term costs are not in the press equipment but in labour costs. Adding a twin shuttle removes wasted operator time, waiting for a pressing cycle to finish. It also negates heat platen idle time while waiting for the operator to load and unload. Production is maximized with no additional labour cost.

The shuttle table creates less fatigue than swinging the head as well. Unlike easily tearable Teflon `hammocks`, this shuttle is solid machined-flat aluminium, holding any heavy, sharp, and rigid imprintable products without concern. Laying out fabric, shirts and garments is a breeze, with the two 14″ x 16″ (355 x 406mm) silicone pads positioned just like the standard table configuration on the press.

For almost double the productivity per single operator, the Digital Combo Twin Shuttle Upgrade is an unbeatable value.
