T-Lock Cap Attachment for Brother DTG Printer
Cap platen inserts for Brother GT-541, GT-782 and GT-3 series DTG printers
The T-Lock range of multi-purpose platens offer direct-to-garment printers a tailored solution for printing on garments and other substrates that are considered difficult to print on using the standard adult platen. The cap platen kit is specifically designed for direct printing on to the crown and bill of most types of structured and unstructured caps.
The versatile T-Lock Base is designed to allow quick and easy insertion and removal of a variety of different sized/shaped custom platens, secured neatly with the unique T-Lock brackets. The two registration bolts threaded from the bottom of the T-Lock Base allow you to easily slide the platen inserts in place and have tight registration every time. Four micro registration pins are located on the corners of the T-Lock Base for users to level the platen inserts manually.
Included within the T-Lock Cap Platen Kit are the;
- T-Lock base
- Cap Platen Insert
- Large Riser (designed for unstructured caps)
- Small Riser (designed for structured caps)
- Spacer
- Accessories Kit (wing nuts and black clips)
