Permaset Supercover - Glow Ink
Permaset Supercover Colours are a range of opaque water-based HSA inks designed for printing on black fabrics right out of the tub without using an underbase.
Created with carefully selected pigments and the latest advances in water-based polymer technology, Permaset Supercover Inks are 100% solvent free and eco-friendly with unsurpassed colour intensity and opacity.
The Permaset ink range is a ready-for-use (RFU), 100% solvent-free water-based textile ink, designed for direct wet-on-wet printing on a wide range of natural and synthetic fabrics. The environmentally friendly formula provides intense pigment colour that is rich in coverage and produces exceptional colour yield. The resilient base holds fast. After heat curing, prints exhibit excellent wash, rub and dry-clean resistance whilst having virtually no handle on the printed fabric.
As a water-based product, Permaset inks are low odour and equipment is easily cleaned with water. Permaset inks perform at a higher standard. Enhanced screen stability allowing exceptional screen open time, results in cleaner printing over extended print runs. Ideal for use on cotton, linen, hemp, silk, polyester, polyester-blends and most synthetic fibres.

| Screen: | For Standard Colours, mesh size of 43T (110 TPI ) monofilament or 10TXX multifilament is suitable. For Metallics, Phosphorescent and SuperCover Colours, 32T (86 TPI) monofilament or 8TXX multifilament is recommended. If stencils are to be used, they must be water resistant; check first. |
