Two Can Epoxy Basic Rhodamine
The Two Can Epoxy ink series exhibit excellent solvent and chemical resistance and offer a high degree of adhesion to a variety of difficult to print surfaces.
As the name indicates the Two Can Epoxy ink series is a two pack system that dries by polymerisation. A catalyst ER176 added prior to use, initiates the polymerisation process. The system will NOT dry or cure without the addition of catalyst.
After the addition of catalyst the ink system will air dry to a tack free state in approximately 2 hours, but 7 days are required for the film to fully cure to maximum adhesion and chemical resistance. If force drying or baking, the time to complete cure is as follows:
120 Deg. C (250 Deg. F) for 10 minutes
150 Deg. C (300 Deg.F) for 7 minutes
180 Deg. C (350 Deg.F) for 4 minutes
We are only just starting out, so as you know it's not always the easiest finding quality reliable retailers. We have ordered quite a bit of you guys ( a lot has been wasted through trial and error haha) but you guys are easily the best company that we have dealt with, not only with you fast delivery but everytime I call or email a question you guys are always so friendly and helpful. Will still have a long way to go but you have a long term customer in us, that's for sure!
A pity that I didnt buy my equipment from you, as the training course looks very useful, most other companies seem to be sadly lacking in technical help in use of their products, so it is basically a matter of trial and error, which is somewhat costly, a misprinted mug isnt worth much.
Why Choose GJS
We will never compete with youThere are some distributors who both sell to their customers and simultaneously compete with them by offering printing services. GJS understands this is a clear conflict of interest and that is why it is company policy to never compete with you, our valued customer.
