Two Can Epoxy Fluro Green
The Two Can Epoxy ink series exhibit excellent solvent and chemical resistance and offer a high degree of adhesion to a variety of difficult to print surfaces.
As the name indicates the Two Can Epoxy ink series is a two pack system that dries by polymerisation. A catalyst ER176 added prior to use, initiates the polymerisation process. The system will NOT dry or cure without the addition of catalyst.
After the addition of catalyst the ink system will air dry to a tack free state in approximately 2 hours, but 7 days are required for the film to fully cure to maximum adhesion and chemical resistance. If force drying or baking, the time to complete cure is as follows:
120 Deg. C (250 Deg. F) for 10 minutes
150 Deg. C (300 Deg.F) for 7 minutes
180 Deg. C (350 Deg.F) for 4 minutes
A pity that I didnt buy my equipment from you, as the training course looks very useful, most other companies seem to be sadly lacking in technical help in use of their products, so it is basically a matter of trial and error, which is somewhat costly, a misprinted mug isnt worth much.
Very good service from all, we came there with an outline of what we were trying to create and GJS was able to explain in laymans terms and demonstrate products that would suit our needs. Based on that we made our purchases and GJS came onsite and set it up and provided training. Very rare to get that type of service anymore.
