Metallic Transfer Foil - 750mm Width
The Metatran Foil Transfer System comprises a screen printable adhesive plus heat transfer foils, for the production of mirror finish metallic prints onto cotton and many synthetic fabrics.
Metatran Adhesive is first printed and partially cured on the substrate. Metatran foil, carried on a polyester film, is then applied by heat press. Removing the polyester carrier film leaves the metallic foil adhered to the printed adhesive.
A two-step transfer process may alternatively be used.
The end uses of foil transfers are novelty and fashion.
Metatran Adhesive and Metatran Foils are Phthalate Compliant.
