Ulano Hardener X Hardening Solution
Ulano Hardener X is a hardening solution applied following exposure and washout to improve the durability of water resistant stencils including the TZs, 925WR & QTX.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Hardener X is applied to both sides of the screen with a soft bristled brush or sponge after the stencil has been properly exposed, washed out and thoroughly dried.
Blot excess solution from the image area. Allow the screen to cure for 24 hours at room temperature.
To accelerate the curing process, the screen can be exposed to heat, not exceeding 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 degrees centigrade), for one hour.
Stencil removal may be impaired by the use of Hardener X.
Complete stencil removal may require the use of a high pressure water sprayer on screens treated with Hardener X.
