The EXILE V-LUX is a high powered, vertical, free standing UV exposure system to be used with the Spyder screen printing equipment. Simply insert the screen, press a button (or use automated mode) and your screen is exposed with the correct spectrum of UV light ensuring high quality print results.

V-LUX is equipped with robust and dependable UV-LEDs arranged in a full panel array to ensure a concentrated and uniform distribution of UV light across the complete screen frame. These LEDs are carefully chosen to emit the optimal wavelength, suitable for use with any variety of screen emulsion.

When the V-LUX UV exposure machine is used in conjunction with the Spyder II screen printing machine less undercutting is required than using film positives while still ensuring high quality results. When used in conjunction with the Spyder III maximum productivity is guaranteed even in the busiest of screen rooms.

V-LUX typical exposure times:

• Pure photopolymere: 10 secs or less
• Dual cure and diazo: 10 secs to 1 minute
