The Spyder II from EXILE is designed to enhance screen printing production by creating screen masks with exceptional speed and accuracy. With the capability to image screens at over two square feet per minute at 600 dpi, the Spyder II outperforms its predecessor, nearly doubling the throughput.

The Spyder II software features an intuitive digital screen interface with user-friendly touch screen controls, offering a simplified structure, improved performance and control. It employs heated wax ink alongside phase change inkjet head technology to directly apply high-density images onto a coated screen, ensuring precise results.

The Spyder II 30 is compatible with a standard screen printing frame measuring up to 30 x 40 inches (76 x 102cm)  whereas the larger Spyder II 52 can accommodate frame sizes of up to 46 x 54 inches (117 x 140cm). It comes equipped with a comprehensive Harlequin RIP to ensure swift and dependable file output. Additionally, the Spyder II can seamlessly integrate 1-bit TIFF files from any other RIP into an established pre-press workflow.
