The Schulze Mug 15 Turbo is an automated heat transfer press that incorporates both an integrated preheating and cooling system and can allow the operator to press up to 255 mugs per hour.
Taking the repetitiveness out of placing individual mugs in a heat press, the Schulze Mug 15 collects the mugs from the preheating zone and places them in one of the fifteen mug stations and automatically closes the element at the correct pressure for sublimation transfer.
The Schulze Mug 15 Turbo has a large touchscreen to enter, save and recall settings as well as displaying machine operation information such as the current stage in the heat press process, temperature and transfer times. Individual mugs can be selected and deselected.
This all-in-one, self-contained system completes the entire mug decoration process automatically, eliminating the need for additional machinery and reducing the resources needed for high-production output.
