The Schulze PRETREATmaker LINE is the world's first self-contained industrial pre-treatment production solution, bringing together the full process of preparing garments for digital decoration in a single, easy to use machine.

The PRETREATmaker LINE connects all DTG garment preparation processes together in a single solution, from pre-treatment, to drying and pre-press.

Its innovative design that returns all garments to the point of loading, allows the entire process to performed by a single operator, reducing the need to travel to and use other machines.

The PRETREATmaker LINE prepares textiles for textile printing by means of rotating mechanics and various processes and the integrated pre-treatment, pre-drying and final pressing station greatly reduces the impression (halo effect) on the garments.

With its high-resolution touchscreen display and integrated barcode scanning capability, the machine can be assigned the correct setting for each textile. This information can be communicated to the device via WiFi or LAN connection.
