Schulze PRETREATmaker Basic Pre-Treatment Machine
Throw away that roller and get serious with your direct-to-garment printing with the Schulze PRETREATmaker Basic, an entry-level automatic pre-treatment machine engineered in Germany and created for those just getting started with DTG printing but would like to automate the pre-treatment process.
The PRETREATmaker Basic is equipped with a single, high-precision nozzle with the maximum spray area of 40cm wide by 45cm long.
The length can be adjusted to nine individual settings, each with 5cm intervals for precise coverage and reduced wastage. The operator can adjust the nozzle to spray uni or bi-directionally and the spray output can also be regulated with the speed of the carriage.
Interior cleaning is effortless with a large side wall that can be opened for easy access.
The PRETREATmaker Basic comes with three tanks: two 2L pre-treatment tanks; and one 2L tank for either cleaning solution or water with a switch valve making it easy to change between tanks. This means, unlike other automatic pre-treatment machines, you can switch seamlessly between two different types of pre-treatment solution as well as water for daily cleaning.
A drain is also located in the back of the unit for removal of excess pre-treatment solution liquid.
