Qualify and retain GJS Points easier from today

At GJS, we know that loyalty goes both ways. You've supported us, and we want to make sure our GJS Points program works even harder for you. That's why we're making it simpler for you to unlock better rewards with GJS Points.

We're making it easier for you to unlock better rewards with GJS Points. From today we're introducing changes that make it easier than ever to reach, and keep, your GJS Points tier status.

What's changing?

We've lowered the qualifying thresholds across our tier levels, so more of our valued customers can enjoy enhanced benefits sooner.

Magenta tier customers now earn points on offline orders

That's right, if you're a Magenta-tier customer, you'll now earn GJS Points on offline transactions too! Whether you're placing an order through your GJS sales engineer, over the phone, or via email, every purchase now counts towards your points balance. This benefit was previously only available to our Yellow and Black-tier customers, and we're pleased to now extend it to our Magenta-tier customers.

What does this mean for you?

  • Reaching Yellow tier is now 25% easier – qualify with just 30,000 points instead of 40,000
  • Keeping your Black status just got simpler – retain with 50,000 points instead of 60,000
  • More customers can join Magenta – now qualifying from just 5,000 points
  • Magenta customers now earn points on offline orders – every transaction counts, no matter how you place it!

What's staying the same?

Your points earning rates haven't changed – you'll continue to earn:

  • 1 Base Point for every $1 spent (ex GST) on prepaid orders
  • Tier Bonus Points on top, based on your current tier level
  • $0.01 value per point when you redeem

All the benefits you love, including discounts on events and courses, surprise bonus points, and FREE freight for Black-tier customers remain exactly as they are.

Why are we making these changes?

We've listened to your feedback. Many of you were close to reaching the next tier or working hard to maintain your status. These new thresholds recognise your loyalty and make it easier for you to enjoy the rewards you deserve.

Whether you're a long-standing Black member or just starting your journey with GJS Points, we want every purchase to count towards something meaningful.

When do these changes take effect?

These new thresholds are effective immediately. If you're already close to a new tier, you may find yourself upgraded at the next daily review!
