Orders placed online can be collected from our Sydney warehouse during our regular trading hours which can be found on our website.

At the checkout, under "Delivery Address", select "Pickup order in person" and continue to place your order.

When your order is ready for collection, we'll send you an SMS message if you have a mobile number added to your customer profile.

You can change your account password at any time on your personal profile page. Simple click the link below and update the password.

1. On the View menu, click Internet Options.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under Security, check the "Always accept cookies" radio button.

For Internet Explorer 5:
To accept cookies, you need to set your security zone to Medium, Medium-low, or Low.
1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Click the zone that you want to set the security level for. (nb. to allow cookies, this needs to be Medium, Medium-low, or Low).

For Netscape Navigator:
1. From the Edit menu, choose Preferences.
2. Click the Advanced category.
3. Click one of the radio buttons.
4. If you want to be notified when Communicator accepts a cookie, check "Warn me before accepting a cookie."

You may be entering the wrong password. Use our password retrieval service to receive your password via email. This can be located through the login menu by clicking the Retrieve Password button.

My Profile

GJS Points status levels

The GJS Points program has four tiers, based on the number of points earned in a 12 month period. As you move up the tiers points increase in value, meaning greater rewards for your purchases.

Think of it a 'frequent printing' program.

At the end of each weekday, your previous 12 months of purchases are reviewed and if you reach the next level minimum points target, your account will automatically be upgraded. This status level will stay in effect for at least 12 months. Alternatively, if your points earned drop lower than the previous 12 months of sales your status will be adjusted.

Accumulating GJS Points online

For applicable products which are ordered and paid for on our website, 1 point is automatically credited to your account for every $1 spent for Cyan-tier customers.

Magenta, Yellow and Black-tier customers earn additional points for every $1 spent according to the table above. All users from your company signed up to our website using the same customer code will accumulate points for your company.

Accumulating GJS Points offline

From Monday 19th February 2018 any equipment purchased offline will also earn 1 point per $1 spent. No tier-level bonus points apply to offline equipment orders.

Your GJS Points are valued at $0.01 per point.

GJS Points expiry

Your GJS Points are valid for 12 months from when you receive the dispatch notice from gjs.co. You can keep track of your points balance and their expiry via your GJS Points Statement, accessed via the GJS Points link on the My Account navigation menu.

GJS Points statement

Your GJS Points can be accessed once you sign in. Your GJS Points statement will show you a summary of your points status including all related transactions. It should be noted that points will not be credited to your account until the ordered items are dispatched. Your statement will show you:

Total points earned: The total number of points you have accumulated including the points that have expired or been used.

Redeemed points: The total number of points you have redeemed for online gift vouchers.

Expired points: How many points you have earned but have then expired before you used them.

Active points: The number of points you have earned and have not expired or been used.

Current savings available: The value of your gjs.co points.

Savings used: How much you have saved by using your points.

Next expiry date: The date that your oldest points will expire on.

Points that will expire: How many points will expire on that date.

Using GJS Points

Your available GJS Points can be redeemed for GJS Online Gift Vouchers once you have accumulated more than 1,000 points. Points are redeemed via your GJS Points Statement. Simply sign in, and click the 'Points Statement' link from the right navigation bar under 'My Account'.

All users in your company, with the same company number linked to their online profile, can redeem the company points.

The GJS Points statement will show the total available points you have available for redemption. Click on the 'Redeem Points' button, providing you have sufficient points available. On the next page, you are shown how many points you have available and you can then choose the value of your online gift voucher.

Once you have selected the voucher value, your voucher is created and a confirmation email is sent to you.

Returning products for credit

Any products that are returned for credit, which you earned points for in the original transaction, will be reversed from your account.

GJS Online voucher use

Once you have redeemed your points for an online gift voucher, you have 6 months to use it for an online purchase.

To use the voucher, simply add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart and then apply your gift voucher's promotional code. The voucher applies only to the product total - tax and freight are additional charges. Your order's product total must be equal to or higher than the value of the voucher.

GJS Points program scope

GJS Points can only be redeemed on the GJS website.

The following do not qualify for GJS Points:

  • Products discounted under the GJS 'Exclusive' product promotion that have already been discounted by 15%;
  • Clearance products that have been highly discounted that also have bulk quantity discounts;
  • When high discount coupon codes as part of another promotion or 'flash sales';
  • Any products with negotiated volume pricing;
  • Credit card surcharges; and
  • Freight or insurance charges.

This promotion is only open to customers on prepaid payment terms only - i.e. non-credit-account customers.

GJS Points are not accumulated for consumable purchases made offline nor can you redeem them at our showroom. GJS Points can only be redeemed in payment of an order at GJS and will not be cashed and are not transferable. If in the unfortunate event that the program is terminated, GJS Points will not be paid out but will be deemed to have expired at that time. Any open orders where GJS Points have been redeemed will be honoured. We reserve the right to alter any aspect of this program at any time without warning.

  • PDF files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.0.
  • DOC files you will need Microsoft Word. You need to buy this from Microsoft.

A favourites list is a "virtual storage space" where you can store a list of products that you do not currently wish to buy but still want reference to.

To add an item to your favourites, from the product details page, find the table on the right of the product details page and click the Add To Favourites link.

You can view your favourites by following the link below and print or email it if required.

When you purchase from GJS, we request that you create an online profile with us. This profile allows you to track your order history, modify your account details and most importantly saves you from re-typing your contact/delivery details every time you place an order.

No, all prices shown on our website exclude GST (Goods & Services Tax), yet when viewing your shopping cart total, it will include the GST component and display the GST separately.

With all the generous discounts we offer on our website we like to show you exactly where you are saving money. When you checkout you will notice a discount column which highlights the products which have been reduced. Hovering your mouse over each reduction will tell you which type of discount is being applied.

Quantity, exclusive product and coupon discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Easy! Basically, you have to signup with us because this is a free members service. Once you have signed up, you then add all of the products you would like a quote for onto your favourites list. Once all items are in your list, view your favourites.

You will notice a Print Quotation button at the bottom of the page and a quotation will be generated for your personal records.

Please note, however, that prices are correct at time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Security and Privacy

For convenience, we now offer the option to save your credit card details in our database to speed up the checkout process for future orders.

All credit card details are first encrypted and passed onto our database using a secure internet connection. In fact every page you view on our website is secure.

At GJS, your privacy is very important to us. No staff at GJS has access to your encrypted details, they are only used when YOU place an online order and even then, the middle digits are masked so as to not reveal the entire number during the checkout process.

At any time, you can add or remove saved credit cards on My Profile. Please consult our privacy policy for further details.

Yes, you sure can. You can pay by POLi Bank Transfer or PayPal if you would prefer not to disclose your credit card details over the internet (although we are using the strongest encryption available to date).

If you are a GJS Account Holder, you have the option to place the web order onto your GJS Credit Account.

GJS Online can save your user information on your personal computer so you dont have to login the next time you visit gjs.co. That way, you will have automatic access to your online profile every time you visit this website.

To do this, select the option to "Remember Me". You also need to make sure your browser is configured to accept "cookies".

If you are signing in from a shared computer, for example from a library, school, or Internet cafe, we recommend that you leave this option unchecked. This will ensure other users of the computer cannot view the pages you visited after you logout.

For your safety and security, GJS requires that you enter your cards check digit number. The check digit number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card or 4-digit on the front of AMEX. It appears after and to the right of your card number.

Yes. In no way/shape/form do we believe in selling/sharing your personal information. The information you provide us is never given to anyone outside of GJS. We feel very strongly about promoting privacy on the internet and as a result we adhere to some basic rules which include to never distribute our customers private information to anyone. You can be sure that the details you enter when signing up for an account with GJS will remain in one, and only one database. Ours.

Ordering

Yes. When you shop online with GJS, your details are kept invisible to everyone but the order processing team at GJS using the latest and strongest encryption methods currently available in Australia.

The moment you pass login information or payment details you will notice a padlock icon on the your browser window. This is your guarantee that your details are being sent securely to our payment server.

As a further security measure GJS encrypt your sensitive information in our database.

GJS is a supplier of printing solutions including the sale of hardware and consumables. As such, we do not provide a printing service.

There are some distributors who both sell to their customers and simultaneously compete with them by offering printing services. GJS understands this is a clear conflict of interest and that is why it is company policy to never compete with you, our valued customer.

If you are looking for a company who provides printing services pleaselet us know what state of Australia you are in and what you wanted to be printed so we can provide you with a list of our customers who can print it for you.

What areas are included?

Metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Canberra, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Perth, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns, Launceston, Hobart, as well as select regional towns outside of these areas.

How do I know if I am eligible for Free Freight?

Our website will check your suburb, shopping cart contents and automatically inform you if you qualify for Free Freight. You can also check your suburb for eligibility using our suburb on our website or at the checkout.

Will other metro or regional areas be added soon?

Metro postcodes and eligible regional areas are defined by our primary freight provider at the time. Should we change freight providers or if they alter their boundaries then this may affect your suitability for free freight.

How much do I need to spend to be eligible for Free Freight?

To be eligible for Free Freight you must spend a minimum depending on your delivery zone. Use the calculator below to verify your delivery zone.

Is free freight available for email or phone orders?

No. Free Freight is only available for online orders.

Products with free freight

Some products have free freight regardless of how they are ordered. This is only valid for Australian customers.

Black-Tier freight benefits

As of January 2018, customers on our highest 'Black' tier of our GJS Points program will always receive free freight no matter the order value when placing orders on our website.

Terms and Conditions

GJS's Free Freight promotion is valid for road-delivery orders to all Australian delivery destinations specified by our current courier company. Single transaction only - multiple transactions adding up to total will not qualify. The minimum order value is the product total less any discounts. This offer excludes air freight, same-day freight, tailgate deliveries and special orders. For larger deliveries, a pallet charge of $60.00 may apply. This offer is not available with any other promotions including wholesale pricing, 'clearance' and 'percentage off' sales.

Freight charges

Our website automatically calculates freight charges based on the weight and volume of your total cart contents. Simply add all the products you would like to order, view the shopping cart and click the freight 'Calculate' button to view all freight charges.

Delivery Methods

We provide a number of delivery methods including our personal GJS delivery driver, a leading courier company or Australia Post. We also offer you the freedom to collect your order from our warehouse or send your own courier.

Restrictions apply to certain products on certain carriers though we will contact you regarding this if there is a problem.

At time of checkout, your order contents are inspected and present you with a freight quotation using the order weight, volume and delivery suburb.

Dispatch of Order

GJS has the following cutoff times for same day dispatch:

Sydney warehouse: 2:00pm
Melbourne warehouse: 1:00pm

Please add an additional day to processing at peak times such as Christmas. Note that times assume payment authorisation is obtained at time of order and that all items are in stock. We recommend that you pay by credit card or PayPal if you require a quick dispatch.

Delivery Times

Orders sent to Melbourne, Brisbane Metropolitan and NSW Regional areas are usually delivered on the next business day after dispatch. Adelaide Metro and Regional VIC and QLD adds an additional day.

Receiving Order

As your package must be signed for, we do not deliver to post office boxes and we strongly recommend using a work address or an address where you know someone will be home and available to sign for the package. If you're not home, a calling card will be left and it will be your responsibility to make contact with the delivery company to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Insurance

Optional insurance is available to select at the checkout.

To cancel an order, please have your order number handy and phone our customer service centre on 1300 457 888. If you order has not been shipped or is currently on backorder you may cancel this order providing that no products are 'Special Orders'.

Stock availability is shown for all products straight from our stock management software. Use the below key for assistance:

In Stock:
Currently in stock. Usually dispatched on the same day of the order and payment being received.

X-X Days:
This product is not currently in stock. This is the time it will normally take for us to ship the goods from our warehouse.

Kit:
This item is a kit so stock availability is dependant on all individual products. Add it to your shopping cart to confirm availability of all kit items.

Backorder:
This product is currently out of stock and orders will be placed on backorder.

Due:
Currently on order with our supplier and is estimated to arrive on this date.

Our stock management server is not currently available to display availability. Please check back later or phone the office.

If a product is available in an additional warehouse, it can be selected at the point of purchase. Simply select the product you wish to order on our website, click the product availability drop-down menu, choose the VIC stock listing and enter the quantity you'd like to order.

Some items, such as 11oz mugs and vinyl, can only be purchased in full cases/rolls.

We'll continue to expand the product selection available from the satellitewarehouses based on customer and product demand.

Free Freight

Free Freight Eligibility

Simple! Each product has an Add To Cart button below a table of all the different options. Simply enter the quantity of each size/weight you require of that product and click on this button will add the item to your shopping cart.

GJS can either SMS you or send a notification to your desktop web browser when your orders are picked, packed and ready for dispatch.

You'll need to have an online profile with a GJS Customer Number (displayed on any sales order or invoice). The email address on your online account must also match the email address you've provided us for order processing.

What are web browser notifications?

A web browser notification is an unobtrusive message sent to your desktop browser. It'll display on your computer when an order is ready for dispatch, plus you don't need to be on the GJS website for it to work! At the time an order is picked, packed and ready for dispatch you will receive a notification like the one below, including a link to track your parcel.

How do I activate web browser notifications?

  • Firstly make sure you're running the latest version of either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari browser installed.
  • Then navigate to My Profile and select Notifications.
  • Under Delivery Notifications, click the 'Browser' button to turn on web browser notifications.
  • If prompted by your browser, approve the notifications.

Why can't I turn on SMS notifications?

Make sure you have entered a mobile number on My Profile.

Does this notification mean my order has been dispatched?

At this stage, the notification is when your order has been picked, packed and ready for dispatch. As we have multiple courier pickup times during a day it doesn't verify the order has been collected.

If you click the link provided by the notification after 5pm you'll be able to track the status of your delivery.

How to I change my notification settings or turn them off?

Simply navigate to My Profile and select Notifications.

Select from SMS, Browser, or Off.

To remove an item from your cart first go to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" link on any page. Then click on the remove button next to the corresponding product would like removed.

When checking out, you can select from a list of previously saved addresses or enter a new address.

You can add, edit or remove addresses at any time on My Profile providing you keep at least one address stored at all times.

What is POLi?

POLi is an online payment option which facilitates a Pay Anyone internet banking payment from your bank account to a GJS.

Why has GJS chosen POLi?

POLi is a great alternative for people without credit cards, or for those who have them - but would prefer not to use them to shop online. POLi is favoured by customers and GJS as it guides the customer through the payment process. The amount, reference information and banking details are pre-populated. When the payment is confirmed both GJS and customer both receive a completed payment notification.

How does POLi work?

  • Select the POLi payment option at the checkout
  • Select your bank and click proceed with payment
  • Log in directly to your bank
  • Follow the prompts to complete the transaction (may include selecting account or entering second-factor information)
  • Complete the payment
  • Click 'Return to GJS Group Australia'
  • You're then redirected to the GJS website where you submit your web order

Is there a cost to pay with POLi?

You are not charged by GJS or POLi for using this service.

Do I have to register to pay with POLi?

No. We think this is one of the great features of POLi is there no additional passwords to remember!

Is POLi secure?

Yes, POLi places a lot of importance on the security of its software. GJS and POLi never capture sensitive information such as username or passwords. We undertake regular security reviews to ensure that we meet all modern security standards.

Ordering Online

POLi Bank Transfer Funds are paid directly into our bank account through the integrated POLi payment processing.

Credit Cards All new customers using credit cards must have their identity validated. We'll email instructions after we've received your order. A surcharge applies to all credit card transactions - see checkout for current rate.

PayPal is accepted however a surcharge applies - see checkout for current rate.

GJS Credit Account Your Web Order can be added to your pre-approved credit account. Please include your official company order number with your transaction.

Paying by Credit Card, POLi Bank Transfer or PayPal ensures quick processing of your order.

Ordering from our Showroom

EFTPOS facilities are available at the shop.

Cash For orders that are picked up in person. Do not post cash.

Cheques/Bank Cheque or money order are not accepted at GJS.

If you have a pre-approved GJS credit account, all your online purchases can be charged to your account. You will be required to provide a company order number before you process your order.

If you don't already have an account with us please contact us and request an application form.

Whenever you select credit card as a payment option at the checkout, before the checkout allows you to proceed with the selected card we'll process a $1 pre-authorisation to validate you've entered the correct credit card details and that your saved credit card hasn't expired.

Have I been charged?

You haven't been charged and it will not show up on your credit card statement. You may see it appear as 'pending' in your banking software during this time.

What do I have to do?

The pre-authorisation will simply disappear in a few days depending on your bank and credit card provider.

Why do you do this?

This prevents any issues in the checkout process instead of waiting to the end, saving you time if a mistake has been made or your card has expired.

Is this allowed?

Pre-authorisations are common practice with many e-commerce websites and service providers who accept credit card. For example, Uber processes a $1 pre-authorisation every time you request a ride just to make sure your saved card is still valid.

GJS has the a 2:00pm cutoff time for same day dispatch from the Sydney warehouse. Our other warehouses have different cuttoff times. See the checkout for further information.

Please add an additional day to processing at peak times such as Christmas. Note that times assume payment authorisation is obtained at time of order and that all items are in stock. We recommend that you pay by credit card or PayPal if you require a quick dispatch.

We're so confident that you'll love our printing equipment that we're happy for you to try it risk-free for 7 days! If you purchase any new or used screen printing equipment and you don't find it to be everything you hoped for, we will refund your purchase*.

Simply send the item back to us in its original condition with all original packaging and we will see to it that you get a prompt and courteous refund of the full purchase price minus shipping and handling charges.

We strongly believe in all our new printing equipment that we also offer a 12 months warranty on parts for all customer and labour for Sydney Metropolitan customers.

What could be fairer than that?

* Excludes non-stock special order products and equipment sold on consignment.

If you know the GJS Code of the products you are ordering you can now quickly add these products to your shopping cart using the Add Items feature.

Click the link below and enter a GJS Code together with the quantity you wish to order. As you type the code, it will be verified and the product details will be displayed if enter a valid code.

Click the Add To Cart button to complete the process.

A single field is also provided for your convenience when viewing your shopping cart.

For some products for us to be able to offer these low prices we require you to purchase a minimum quantity or an entire cases of these products.

These minimum quantities are displayed when viewing further product details, a highlighted quantity section box or text field will prompt you that restrictions apply.

GJS recently completed an extensive review of its warehouse operations and made changes to the handling of oversize products. Taking it account the added time, the extra resources needed, the added weight, added freight cost, and the fact that most of our customers are utilising our free freight option and website reward points for ongoing savings, it was unsustainable for us to continue offering free freight as well as extra packing and handling processes on oversize products.

As a result, we have created a new packing and handling process for larger products, designed to provide additional safety during transit and delivery via courier.

A $60 ex GST pallet charge applies to each order that includes ChromaLuxe metal panels 20" x 30" or larger, large rolls of media and some equipment. This is highlighted on our website with an * next to the product price.

The pallet charge only applies to orders shipped via courier, regardless of whether we arrange it or you arrange your own courier. It does not apply if you personally collect from our warehouse or if delivery is arranged with our GJS Delivery Driver to Sydney metro customers.
