GJS has today activated its new WhatsApp contact service and support channel, adding another convenient way to get in touch with the GJS team via the channel of your choice.
As we mentioned last month, the GJS team has been working extremely hard over the last few months to improve its already exceptional customer support and communications systems and is today adding yet another channel via which you can contact the GJS team—WhatsApp.

In addition to our Knowledge Base, Facebook Messenger, the option to call, and SMS/text message you can now speak to the GJS team via WhatsApp.
To do so simply enter GJS' new SMS only number: 0419 677 580 into your WhatsApp smartphone application and send us a message!
If you are visiting the GJS website from a desktop PC, you can also click on the purple magnifying glass at the bottom right of your screen and you’ll be presented with the new WhatsApp contact option as well as our other contact channels (see image on right).
As with our other forms of contact and support, we're usually available on WhatsApp during our business hours of 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
