GJS remains open for business and we're here to support you! Our dedicated customer service, support and sales teams are all available to assist you and our warehouse continues to dispatch your online orders.
Whilst the majority of the GJS team are working remotely to follow advice from health officials in response to the spread of COVID-19, our management, warehouse and screen services teams continue to operate from our Sydney headquarters whilst maintaining social-distancing best practice.
Our mission, as always, is to be your trusted partner in print and we want you to know we're here to help you and your business during the current situation. We also want you to know that we're taking all measures possible to ensure the health and safety of our team, their families and you, our valued customers at this time.
As such, over-the-counter sales at the Sydney showroom will be suspended until further notice. If you are a customer who frequently purchases products over-the-counter, we encourage you to place your orders via our website for the coming weeks. By ordering online you'll also benefit by earning GJS Points and depending on its value, your order may also qualify for free freight.
Visits to the Sydney showroom for equipment demonstrations and meetings with our sales engineers remain via appointment only as usual.
Please note that online orders can still be picked up from our warehouse.
Screen printing screens/reclaims can also still be dropped off and picked up from the warehouse.
