Our Team Mission
We are a diverse, agile team that brings together decades of experience to consistently exceed our customer expectations.
Greg literally grew up in GJS. His parents, GJS' founding Directors, brought him to work with them since he was knee high to a grasshopper. He joined the team officially in 2005 and became Managing Director in November 2012. A self-confessed aviation and car enthusiast, Greg likes to live in the fast lane - and drive in it! He likes to geek out on the latest technology and gadgets, but also enjoys disconnecting from the hustle and bustle by travelling. Greg loves working in the print industry because it is dynamic, agile and fast paced, just the way he likes his cars.
Director, Marketing and Business Development
Lukas has been with GJS since November 2010 and brings with him over 15 years’ experience driving marketing and PR campaigns, business, and communications strategy for clients both big and small. Lukas is responsible GJS’ marketing strategies and business development activities. In his spare time you can find Lukas shredding some powder on his snowboard, indulging his passion for photography, keeping fit at F45 or enjoying a few glasses of his favourite NZ sauvignon blanc - Te Koko. Lukas’ favourite colour is blue.
Sales Engineer NSW
Ian started working at GJS straight out of high school in 1992 and soon after completed a mechanical engineering apprenticeship. He now works as part of Digital Sales team and loves dealing with GJS’ awesome customers. A big baseball fan, he coaches in his spare time and when the sun goes down likes to chase the paranormal on ghost tours all around Australia - and the world! Ian really enjoys the diversity of the printing industry and has watched it evolve from screen and pad solutions, right through to today’s brilliant digital machines.
Sales Engineer NSW
Michael has over 28 years’ experience working in the print industry and has worked with the GJS team since 2006. Michael forms part of the GJS Digital Sales team, but he also has extensive experience in screen printing and imparts his knowledge through GJS’ regular courses and to GJS’ customers. Just don’t tell him to go get on his bike, because he probably will! He’s an avid mountain bike rider and often shares GoPro footage of his adventures with the team. Michael’s favourite colour is sky blue.
Sales Engineer QLD
David, or Dave as he is better known, kicked off his career at GJS in June 2015. He’s our expert on the ground in Queensland and has substantial experience in screen printing, direct to garment printing, wide format digital printing and dye sublimation. Dave is passionate about exceptional customer service and likes nothing better than contributing to our customer’s success by providing the right equipment or product so that they can achieve their creativity and business goals. When he’s not taking great care of our Queensland based customers, you’ll often find Dave in the great outdoors, indulging his passion for photography. Being from the Sunshine State, he’s also a big fan of the Brisbane Broncos and QLD State of Origin. It goes without saying that his favourite colour is maroon!
Sales Engineer VIC
Andrew started with the GJS team in June 2016 as part of GJS’ expansion into Victoria and the response since he has started has been amazing. Andrew has a background in wide format and outdoor signage printing but has taken to dye sublimation like a duck to water. Andrew is passionate about printing and developing the best solutions for his customers and in his spare time loves playing guitar and listening to music. Andrew’s favourite colours are cyan, magenta, yellow and black.
When you call GJS, you’ll most likely get the chance to speak with the lovely Kelly. She’s our office 'Mum' and a customer service superstar. When she’s not helping our customers, you’ll find Kelly spending time with real family on the South Coast of NSW, going to local markets and watching live bands. She loves working in the print industry because it is always changing - something that she finds both interesting and amazing.
Customer Service, HR & Accounts
Kerry came to GJS in 2005 after a diverse career history in both the merchandising and catering industry. With a keen eye for detail, there’s no one better at managing the books and making sure all the figures add up. When she’s not managing the P&L, Kerry likes some R&R and spending time with her three grandchildren, dinners with her extended family and long walks along the Georges River. Kerry is passionate about learning new skills which is why she loves working in the print industry. Her favourite colour is mauve.
Customer Support Supervisor
Hailing from 'sunny' Sheffield in the UK, Steve joined the GJS team in August 2014 after emigrating to Australia. He’s a natural problem solver and is always ready with a fix to whatever problem any of our customers might have. Steve has over thirteen years’ expertise in inkjet printer troubleshooting, maintenance and repair for desktop, large format inkjet and direct to garment printers. He also has valuable skills in the area of colour management and the creation of ICC profiles and is a qualified Epson large format printer engineer. In his spare time Steve likes running, cycling and regularly participates in marathons and triathlons. His favourite colour is Royal Blue, of course!
Customer Support Specialist
We call him ‘Fix it Frank’ because he genuinely enjoys solving problems as one of GJS’ Support Specialists. Frank started at GJS as an engineer in 2008, manufacturing and refurbishing screen printing equipment. In 2012 his role evolved and he became more involved in the servicing, maintenance and repair of printing equipment as well as becoming a certified Roland service technician. Curious about all things electrical and their applications, Frank likes the creativity and endless possibility that the printing industry offers. His favourite colour is yellow.
Customer Support Specialist
Tim joined the GJS team in 2018 and brings his passion for customer service and friendly personality. Tim is forever excited by new technologies and enjoys helping others make the most out of their new toys by solving problems and puzzles. With a long history as a tutor, Tim appreciates that every person requires unique communication. When Tim isn't saving the lives of printers, he enjoys playing music and enjoying the outdoors. His favourite colour is Mandarin Orange.
Rebecca joined the GJS team in March 2019 with an extensive history in purchasing in the pharmacy sector. Being new to the printing industry gives her the opportunity to think outside the box, bring new perspectives and get the best deal for GJS customers. In her spare time Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, including her crazy cocker spaniel Cruz, cake decorating, anything craft related, movies (Bridesmaids and the Marvel franchise being her faves) and all types of music but especially anything from the 90's and is a self-confessed boy band tragic. Her favourite colours are coral and turquoise.
Screen Printing Supplies & Services Supervisor
Stephen is our Screen Services guru and has been with GJS since 2010. He has had a long career in the screen printing and signage industry and his claim to fame is having “printed on just about every conceivable type of material around - with success!”
Screen Printing Frame Maker
Luke joined the GJS team in August 2018 and has seven years’ experience in screen printing, digital printing and pad printing. He has trade qualifications screen printing and digital printing and is also currently studying Print Communications. When he’s not making screen and stencils for our screen printing customers, Luke enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, zoos, animals parks and supporting Ex Service Organisations. His favourite colour is scarlet red as this was the colour of his old army unit 4 RAR CDO.
Terry is GJS’ speedy (legally of course!) delivery driver and has been helping us with on-time deliveries to Sydney-based customers since he joined the team in 2012. When he isn’t navigating Sydney’s congested roadways dropping off orders to customers and picking up screens for our Screen Services team, Terry enjoys watching sports including rugby league, cricket and chilling out at home by his pool.
Mike started with GJS in August 2018 and ensures that the GJS warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine. He has been working in warehousing, transport and logistics since 2008 and has worked in many different roles in the industry from picking and packing orders, loading, and unloading trucks, supervising staff, and liaising with freight companies. Mike is a proud metalhead and loves heavy metal music. He goes to gigs regularly, collects heavy metal vinyl records, CD's and everything else heavy metal related. He also sings in his own heavy metal band 'The Plague' and loves fronting the band playing live. He also loves travelling the world and exploring new places with his fiance Kat, and cooking up a storm in the kitchen and on his BBQ.
Marcelo has been a member of the GJS team since November 2019 and has over 14 years' experience working for many different organisations. He brings a wide range of capabilities and ideas to the GJS warehouse team with a keen eye for detail and a passion for speedy dispatch and delivery. Marcelo is a keen motor enthusiast with a love for anything with an engine and speed. His favourite pastime is enjoying the company of the ones he loves, socialising and meeting new people over a drink or two (or more!). His favourite colours are the black and white of his soccer team Colo Colo (a Chilean favourite from his hometown) as well as Ford/Sharkies blue.
Ben joined the GJS team in February 2020 but has been working in warehousing, transport and logistics since he was 16 years' old. He plays a vital role at GJS, picking and packing customer orders at a quick pace, with care and accuracy. He is a hard worker with a great sense of humour, a keen eye for detail and always puts in 100% effort to ensure that all GJS customer orders get picked and shipped accurately. Ben is a proud father and in his spare time enjoys spending time with his two daughters, watching them play sports and creating Indigenous art and craft pieces together.

Loyalty rewardsWhen ordering online and when purchasing equipment offline, we reward our pre-paid customers with GJS Points. The higher the tier, the more points, rewards and other benefits you can earn. Think of it as our ‘frequent printing’ program. GJS Points can be redeemed for discount vouchers that can then be used on subsequent orders. The GJS Points Program has four tiers: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. GJS points also ‘pool’ into your company/business account. This means if you have colleagues who also shop with GJS, you all earn points that accumulate together, helping you reach higher tiers of the program faster, and increasing your redemption value. We also reward our Black-tier customers with free freight on all their orders, regardless of the order amount and no matter where they are located. It’s our way of saying thanks to our most loyal customers who continue to support us as we support them.

Remote technical supportIf you have a problem with a computer setting or issue with your artwork, the GJS Support Team can remotely connect to your PC or MAC through the internet to see what is going wrong. It means that any small issue can be resolved quickly without the need for an onsite call. Simply have the GJS Print Support utility downloaded on your computer.
We will never compete with youThere are some distributors who both sell to their customers and simultaneously compete with them by offering printing services. GJS understands this is a clear conflict of interest and that is why it is company policy to never compete with you, our valued customer.

I have dealt with Kelly mostly with placing orders & she acts promptly on processing orders, which is helpful when some of my customers want things done ′yesterday′!!! by the time I place the order, some days I have an invoice within minutes.... I pay this & then have a ′thankyou for payment′ email also within minutes of paying the account! Helps keep my business running smoothly & allows me to then fast track my customer orders. I have also spoken with Michael, Stephen and Greg in regards to product knowledge etc. They have all been helpful and don′t mind explaining things in a way that we as smaller businesses understand & relate to. they have a good understanding of their products & services.
Any phone dealings I have had have been very professionally handled and it has never been too much trouble to either double check what stock is actually on hand, or any new purchases with equipment that I may be contemplating I have been very satisfied with the level of help we have received. Even after numerous calls on a particular product it has never been too much trouble to pass on information. Running a print shop business in country South Australia it is always difficult to get the rignt information regarding products as we don′t get to look at the product in the flesh. I have dealt with most of your staff and one time or another. I have nothing but praise for your team. They are ALWAYS polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about all your products. Kay, at the front counter and the office ladies up stairs, Kelly and Kerry, always have a smile on their face and are willing to assist with any inquiries. I have spoken to Michael several times recently about issues with my computer and printer settings. He has not hesitated in assisting me to fix the issues. I always attend your factory to place orders in person. I can′t remember if I have ever been left standing their without being served promptly. I believe that good customer service and product knowledge are the key to a successful company. Your staff have both.
