SYDNEY, Australia - February 29, 2012

Customers - we are currently experiencing a power outage in our area which is affecting our phone lines, emails and faxes. We have been advised by the power provider that this problem is affecting most of our street and that they are working on repairs at the moment. Please bear with us until we are back up and running and apologies for the inconvenience.

UPDATE: We are now back online and our phone lines are back up and running (and ringing!) If you had tried to contact us between 11 and 12 today and couldn't get through apologies again for the inconvenience.
