The Downside Of The Economic Upturn

SYDNEY, Australia - November 9, 2010

An unexpected side effect as the economy recovers has been a noticeable increase in delays in overseas manufacturing, supply and delivery. Whilst Australia has weathered the majority of the financial crisis, other countries and economies haven’t been so fortunate and as local businesses attempt to get on the front foot as conditions improve GJS is noticing delays in the overseas supply chain.

Despite these delays in the availability and dispatch of some products from overseas vendors, GJS would like to assure all our customers that we are working as hard as we can to expedite all existing deliveries and orders - in some cases air-freighting them at our own expense.

We do ask that if you have any particularly large or urgent shipments that you notify GJS when placing your order.
