Their product knowledge, service and turn-around times are all superb. They've taken advantage of technology to keep customers informed via SMS when a service vehicle is on the way too, which I really like. They arrive when they say they're going to arrive, and their techs are knowledgeable , polite and friendly. Their help desk setup is on point too. I can't see any reason why I would shop around. GJS are doing everything right as far as I can tell. I bought a heat press and some of their Revolution Flex vinyl. It wasn't a big sale for them, but they treated me like a big sale customer. I'm really impressed guys. You're all over the competition. Keep it up!

Somehow there was a system glitch and it processed a double payment for the second order. Kerry got straight onto it and explained the process that will occur and the expected timeframe. Within a few hours, all was sorted, and a refund for the difference was credited to my bank account. This was much faster than expected and greatly appreciated during this Christmas period when funds are tight. Thank you GJS, you have never let me down :)
