Fotechem 2100 Emulsion Hardener
The chemical hardening (curing, catalyzing) of ready-to-print stencils results in permanent, no longer reclaimable screens. The stencil becomes more water resistant too.
Depending on the type of emulsion and the type of FOTECHEM Hardener the durability of the screen is more or less completed.
Basically water resistant screens (for textile printing) are thoroughly and completely hardened after the treatment.
Solvent resistant screens become water resistant.
Dual-cure (polymer) screens can undergo a negative effect by becoming brittle unless water based inks are used.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. Delivery is always super prompt and products incredibly reliable. Will continue to use GJS for all my vinyl supplies.
Any phone dealings I have had have been very professionally handled and it has never been too much trouble to either double check what stock is actually on hand, or any new purchases with equipment that I may be contemplating I have been very satisfied with the level of help we have received. Even after numerous calls on a particular product it has never been too much trouble to pass on information. Running a print shop business in country South Australia it is always difficult to get the rignt information regarding products as we don′t get to look at the product in the flesh. Great service guys!
