Fotechem 2100 Emulsion Hardener
The chemical hardening (curing, catalyzing) of ready-to-print stencils results in permanent, no longer reclaimable screens. The stencil becomes more water resistant too.
Depending on the type of emulsion and the type of FOTECHEM Hardener the durability of the screen is more or less completed.
Basically water resistant screens (for textile printing) are thoroughly and completely hardened after the treatment.
Solvent resistant screens become water resistant.
Dual-cure (polymer) screens can undergo a negative effect by becoming brittle unless water based inks are used.

It has always been a pleasure to deal with GJS, the staff are wonderfully knowledgeable and always super helpful. There has been several occasions in which we have known what we wanted, but been unsure about how to get it. And GJS has stepped up, pointed us in the right direction and promptly supplied what was required. Good on ya GJS !

I have to say, the service and support from GJS is faultless, and frankly, it beats any other supplier that I have come across. When I compare what the GJS crew delivers, compared to say, a large manufacturer and supplier of design oriented equipment, it begs the question..."why can't all companies be this dedicated and passionate about servicing their clients? Every call, without fail, gets a person on the other end of the line. Every support call, has a 100% rate of satisfaction, Every enquiry, if requiring a call-back, is processed within minutes...and the support crew actually know exactly how the products work." As well, every time I stuff up an order for a client....a very nice lady there forgives me :-)
