Frankie was excellent!! Could not fault his service, he was very professional and worked bloody hard to fix my machine
Tim was fantastic! I soon realised I was off on a different tangent and thanks to Tim and his emails, phone and team viewer call understood what was going wrong at may end. Tim guided me through and provided me multiple options as well as even taking the extra step to make sure my systems were setup correct for the future. What a great asset Tim is to GJS and customers.
