Schulze PRETREATmaker IV Pre-Treatment Machine
The Schulze PRETREATmaker IV is a premium, German-engineered automatic pre-treatment system for experienced direct-to-garment printers who are serious about high-production workflow and a high standard of results.
The PRETREATmaker IV is equipped with a multiphase (step) motor and four high-precision nozzles which can be controlled individually by the operator with a maximum spray area of 40cm wide by 60cm long.
The width of pre-treatment solution application can be regulated by switching the four nozzles on or off, delivering a minimal spray width of 12 cm, making it perfect for smaller garment, sleeve or pocket prints whilst also reducing wastage.
Similar to the PRETREAMaker Basic, the length of the spray can also be adjusted, but in smaller 2cm intervals. The operator can adjust the nozzle to spray uni or bi-directionally and the spray output can also be regulated with the speed of the carriage.
The PRETREATmaker IV features an additional filter which traps dirt from the pump and tubes, helping to minimise possible blockage of the nozzles from deposition from within the system and an automatic cleaning function, preventing the nozzles from clogging during daily operation.
Unlike other automatic pre-treatment machines, the unit is equipped with a switch-valve that allows the operator to easily alternate between two different pre-treatment liquids. An additional switch is used to clean the pre-treatment pump (including the pipe system), providing an automatic cleaning function using the touchscreen display.
The touchscreen display provides the operator with critical and cost-saving information such as the amount of pre-treatment solution used, the status of all system nozzles and if they are operating efficiently, and levels of pre-treatment and other liquids within the system.
The PRETREATmaker IV also features an open-source interface that can be connected directly to your existing customer order system or print workflow software or by utilising barcode technology to simplify and speed-up production.
The unit is equipped with four tanks: one 10L pre-treatment solution tank; one 5L pre-treatment solution tank; one 5L cleaning solution tank and one 5L waste collection tank.
